These are 1/64 scale, matchbox car size. Produced by Racing Champions Inc., I've seen three different color schemes of this model:

Based on the two "hickeys" on the hood (you score bonus points if you can define where that reference came from), it appears to be a model of the Richard Petty drag car. The overall proportions are pretty accurate. Although it says 1965 on both the packaging and on the molded chassis, the front grille and rear taillights are very clearly 1966 style. (If you're curious, the copyright date molded into the chassis is 1993, while the date on the packaging specifies a limited production run of 1998.)

And no, sorry... I do not know where to get any of these, today. At least these pics show you what to look for...
